Product Overview
The FPSW-1540G series label shrink tunnel adopts hot air circulating shrinkage, shrinking for the body as well as the cap of bottles.
Key Features
- Adopts a high power blowing motor and turbine for air blowing, which will not cause the label to change position or become deformed
- Simple changeover for different kinds of bottles
- The heater, made of stainless steel, has a long service life
- The shrink temperature can be regulated according to the requirements of the package, up to 300°C
- Adopts stepless conveying speed regulation controlled by an electronic speed governor
- Only the cap parts of the bottle are heated, so the quality of the product inside the bottle is not affected by high temperature
- The tunnel can be heated partially for some special requirements, to save energy
- Can be operated alone or connected to the production line
Application
- The BS-1540 series shrink tunnel is applied to heat shrinkable film such as PVC, PE, etc.
- For shrink wrapping containers such as bottles, jars and cups
- For use in places with restricted space, such as a small factory, monopolisation shop or laboratory, in the foodstuff, beverage, pharmacy, cosmetics and pesticide industries
