The FPSW-1510G label shrink tunnel adopts hot air circulating shrinkage, shrinking for the body as well as the cap of bottles.
Key Features
- Adopts imported parts and stainless-steel heaters
- Conveying speed is controlled by a stepless electronic speed controller
- Only heats the cap of the bottle, ensuring product quality inside the bottle
- Two low-power blowing motors with turbo air blowing keep the label in position and free of corrugation after shrinking
- Can heat only part of the tunnel for products with special requirements, to save energy
- Can be connected to the production line
- Adjusts simply to suit all kinds of bottles
Application
- The BS-1510G series shrink tunnel is applied to heat shrinkable film such as PVC, PE, etc.
- For shrink wrapping containers such as bottles, jars and cups
- For use in places with restricted space, such as a small factory, monopolisation shop or laboratory, in the foodstuff, beverage, pharmacy, cosmetics and pesticide industries
