Description Semi-Automatic Tray Vacuum Gas-flushing Packaging Machine is a new type of universally used packing machine which is available for PP/PE tray and automatic film sealing packing. - Controlled by electricity, gas and mechanism, with PLC and touch screen to realize human-machine interface. Each part of the action and the control parameters can be set and modified. It is easy and reliable to control with a low failure rate.
- Set the best packaging parameters according to the nature of different packaging materials, then the packaging operation can be completed continuously.
- The main parts of the machine are made from stainless steel or aluminum alloy, in accordance with food hygiene requirements.
- The structure is compact, which saves floor space, and the operation is rather convenient.
- Uses Air TAC pneumatic components, which have stable quality and a long lifetime.
- Adopts replaceable moulds for customer's product upgrades — one machine can be used for tray sealing across multiple sizes. Customers can change to a multi-sized packing box, and the mould shape can be set up according to the package box chosen by the customer.
- Real-time display shows the program's working state and faults, so customers can know the machine's working state at any time and ensure it is working normally.
- Fitted with an emergency switch — if there is any exceptional situation, the customer can press this switch to stop the entire running program and ensure the safety of the machine and people.
