This map tray sealer machine is controlled by electricity, gas & mechanism, and with PLC and touch screen torealize human‐machine interface. Each part of the action and the control parameters can beset and modified. It is easy and reliable to control with low failure rate. Set the best packaging parameters according to the nature of different packaging materials,then the packaging operation can be completed continuously. The main parts of machine are made by stainless steel or aluminum alloy which is accordwith the food hygiene requirements. The structure is compact which can save the occupation area and the operation is ratherconvenient. Using Air TAC pneumatic components which have the stable quality and long lifetime. Adopted replaceable moulds for customer’s product upgrades, one set machine can be usedfor trays sealing with multi‐sizes. Customer can change multi‐sized packing box according toproduct package.The mould shape can be set up according to the package box chosen by customer. With function of real‐time display to show the program working state and fault, customercan know the machine working state any time and ensure the machine is working normally. Installed with emergency switch, if there is any exceptional situation, customer can pressthis switch to stop the entire running program to ensure the safety of machine and people.
