Product Description
These model is multi function machine for vacuum packaging of large bags. The vacuum pump 20 mc. / H. reduces to a minimum the time of air suction machines are also equipped with valves for the inert gas for the modified atmosphere packaging. The double sealing bars with width 10 mm. and closing compressed air ensure a perfect sealing on all types of material even of high thickness. The closure of the bars is through a dual button command (dual control security) The support surface of the bag is adjustable.
The sealing length can be customized to 800mm or 1000mm.
Operation :
● Place the bag on the support surface with adjustable height.
● Place the bag opening in sealing jaws and check that the air intake nozzles are positioned
● inside the bag;
● Press START button
● The sealing bars are closed with a limited pressure.
● The nozzles make the vacuum in the bag.
● At the end of the vacuum the noozles slip off and simultaneously the sealing jaws are closed with a high pressure.
