Auto Coder

Auto Coder is an online carton coding machine designed for printing batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, logos, and other variable information on moving cartons and outer packaging. Its automatic indexing system ensures accurate and consistent printing without interrupting the production process, making it ideal for high-volume industrial packaging applications.

The machine is ideal for printing information such as batch numbers, logos, monograms, product specifications, identification marks, and branding details on outer corrugated cartons, transport packs, paper tubes, cones, plywood, decorative laminates, leather cloth, and similar materials. By marking products directly on the production line, it helps improve traceability, brand visibility, and product identification.

Interchangeable Stereos

The Auto Coder uses durable rubber-moulded stereos with grooves for easy installation and replacement. Multiple stereo combinations are available in a single set, allowing different marking sizes and messages. Stereo heights of 6 mm, 8 mm, 14 mm, and 25 mm are available. Custom logo, monogram, and composite stereos can also be supplied for specific applications.

Marking Ink

The system uses specially formulated ink rollers that provide clean and consistent printing. Ink is available in Black, Red, Green, and Violet colors and can be supplied in 1-litre and 5-litre packs.

Re-Inking of Ink Rollers

Ink rollers can be recharged easily by immersing them in a lidded ink container for approximately 30 minutes, ensuring long service life and economical operation.
